Ceremonial Release of Fund to 3.5 PMAY-G Lakh Beneficiaries of Assam
On 16th Feb 2023, Honourable Minister of Panchayat and Rural Development, Govt of Assam, sanctioned 1st installment of INR 32,000 to 3.8 lac PMAY-g beneficiaries through a ceremonial program.
In Karimganj District, approx 12,000 PMAY-g beneficiaries were given the grant. Ceremonial program at the district level was chaired by DC Karimganj , in the presence of Chairman ASTC, District President BJP, CEO ZP, DPM and citizens.
Similar event was organised at the Block and GP Level.
Minister Sir in his speech urged beneficiaries for early completion of their houses and not to give any commission to PRI/GP Official.
